2. Hosting and server logs

This website and our email accounts are hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Larnaca, Cyprus). With every visit, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time of access, browser and operating system type, page visited). This data is required for the secure and stable operation of the website and is stored for a limited period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact form and email

When you contact us via the contact form, we process your name, email address, phone number (if provided), your message and the language of the page you sent it from. When you email us directly, we process the data contained in your email. We use this data only to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, unless longer retention is required by law.

4. Booking a consultation (Cal.com and Google Meet)

We use Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) to schedule free consultations. When you book a call, you enter your name, email address, company name, company website (optional) and a description of your project on the Cal.com page. The appointment is added to our Google Calendar, and the call takes place via Google Meet (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). We use this data to organise and prepare the meeting. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of appropriate safeguards (for example EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

5. Cookies and consent

On your first visit, we ask for your consent. Your choice (accept / decline) is stored in your browser's local storage, without a cookie, so that we don't have to ask again on every visit. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Without your consent, we do not load Google Analytics or Google Maps.

6. Google Analytics

Only if you give your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for statistics about visits: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and how long they stay. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that are stored for up to 2 years. Data may also be transferred to the USA (Google LLC) on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

7. Google Maps

In the contact section, we can display a Google map (Google Ireland Limited). The map is only loaded if you have given your consent or if you click "Show map". When it loads, Google receives your IP address and technical information about your browser. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

8. Fonts and scripts

We load all fonts and scripts from our own server. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is established in the process.

9. Links to social networks

This website contains plain links to our Instagram and TikTok profiles. No data is transferred to these networks until you click a link. After that, the privacy policy of the respective network applies.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 15-21 and Art. 7(3) GDPR). Please send your request to podrska@kodli.rs. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live (Art. 77 GDPR).

11. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
